My name is Erin Jaloudi, I’m an NJ based postpartum doula, mother of two, and educator. I’ve been an early childhood educator for several years, with a Master’s Degree in Special Education and Social Behavioral Science. I enjoy being an educator with my whole heart. Though, in 2023, I gave birth to my first beautiful baby and I realized a deep passion of mine. I’ve been obsessed with pregnancy and all things baby since I was the littlest girl you could imagine. Like any baby obsessed human, I created a baby registry every year for fun throughout my teenage years just imagining my life one day with so many babies at my side.

Eleven months postpartum, I got pregnant with my next beautiful baby, bringing me two babies under two. This left me with a lot to compare. My first birth was traumatic, leaving me with a crippling postpartum period that taught me more than I could have ever expected. The second time around, I met my son with such peace and joy. Although postpartum with two babies barely 20 months apart was chaotic in many ways, I learned the beauty in the postpartum period that every woman deserves.

I find myself being the mom friend that’s answering calls and texts morning and night about infant questions from new moms or pregnancy questions from my expectant mom friends. “Erin, what product do I use?” “Erin, how do I know when the bottle nipple size is too slow?” “Erin, I’m losing my mind postpartum, how did you do this?” I realized; I cherish the beauty and stillness that comes with pregnancy and postpartum, as well as giving top of the line care to infants/moms and that my calling is in providing care and support to the amazing mothers that go to the moon and back to have a healthy pregnancy and birth of their child.

I take pride in not being your average doula. I don’t see you as a client or someone to fix. I am pro-mom’s choice. You want an unmedicated birth? Great! You want a medicated birth? Amazing! You need help breastfeeding? Awesome, I can’t wait to help. You chose to formula feed? Good for you and I’m glad to help. Every mom I work with, I make sure they feel seen, heard, and valued. I bring experience, expertise, and a thorough doula education to the table. Every mom deserves to feel prepared, safe, supported, and rested.
