So happy you’re here! I’m a certified postpartum doula that is passionate about caring for mothers embarking on their motherhood journey- whether it’s their first time or their fifth! I also offer a wide variety of classes and courses for expectant mothers, new mothers, and infants.

About Me

Hi! I’m Erin Jaloudi, M.Ed., I’m an NJ based postpartum doula, mother of two, and educator. I’ve been an teacher for several years starting from ages 6 weeks to nine years old. I wholeheartedly love being an educator! Though, in 2023, I gave birth to my first beautiful baby after battling stage 4 endometriosis and reproductive issues and I realized a deep passion of mine. I’ve been obsessed with pregnancy and all things "baby" since I was the littlest girl you could imagine. I prepared myself for motherhood and postpartum long before I even knew what it entailed. When I reached motherhood, it felt like something had finally clicked. This is where I’m meant to be.

Eleven months postpartum, I got pregnant with my next beautiful baby, bringing me two babies under two. This left me with a lot to compare. My first birth was traumatic, leaving me with a crippling postpartum period that taught me more than I could have ever expected. The second time around, I met my son with such peace and joy. Although postpartum with two babies barely 20 months apart was chaotic in many ways, I learned the beauty in the postpartum period that every woman deserves.

I find myself being the mom friend that’s answering calls and texts morning and night about infant questions from new moms or pregnancy questions from my expectant mom friends. I realized; I cherish the beauty and stillness that comes with pregnancy and postpartum, as well as giving top of the line care to infants and moms. My calling is in providing care and support to the amazing mothers that go to the moon and back to have a healthy pregnancy and birth of their child, followed by a postpartum period that reminds moms that they are important and matter too.

I take pride in not being your average doula. I don’t see you as a client or someone to fix. I am pro-mom’s choice. All births are honored and celebrated. All forms of feeding are validated and embraced. Every mom I work with, I make sure they feel seen, heard, and valued. I bring experience, expertise, and a thorough doula education to the table. Every mom deserves to feel prepared, safe, supported, and rested.

I hope to always help mothers and babies bloom.

Basic Postpartum Doula Package

By having a postpartum doula, you guarantee postpartum care from the first few moments in the hospital through postpartum.

Itemized flat rate + Hourly Cost

Full postpartum support includes

  • birth plan preparation

  • baby registry creation

  • hospital or birthing center visit after birth

  • postpartum visits to help with baby, help with taking care of yourself (moms matter too!), feeding, diapering, swaddling, first bath, basic baby care and more!

    • Days and hours decided upon signing contract - hourly rates applied

Please note that I do not do overnights at this time, due to having small babies of my own.

With a more comprehensive and involved approach, a step up into having me as your postpartum doula would bring more care during the prenatal period.

Itemized flat rate + Hourly cost

  • Prenatal care, such as attendance at 1-2 doctor/midwife appointments, OR two prenatal visits at the home for birth or baby preparation.

  • Birth Plan Preparation

  • Baby Registry Creation

  • Unlimited Phone calls/ Texts through pregnancy

  • Hospital/Birthing Center visit after birth.

  • Postpartum visits (days/hours at hourly rate) for help with baby essentials and mom.

  • Infant care such as first bath/infant milestones

    • Please note that I do not offer nights at this time, due to having my own babies.
